At least 18 are dead from Hurricane Sandy, millions are without power and 50 mph winds are still whipping across much of the Midwest and East Coast. Meanwhile, black guys are picking up the pieces from another crazy storm that interrupted their lives.

What we learned from black guys on Twitter during this natural disaster is that they’re just as worried about their cars as rich white guys living on Long Island. The black dudes also worry about being without power like chicks living in Chelsea.

It’s just that they make their worries known with a different vocabulary that keeps making me smile day after day.
