Juwan Howard finally got his ring. The guy got his ring and that’s all that matters, however it looks like there may be trouble in paradise. Howard has expressed interest in staying in Miami for one more season, but this latest development is not looking good. Howard has officially listed his Miami penthouse apartment for $3.5 million.
According to Realtor.com, the apartment is of a “contemporary style” and has “dramatic views of the Miami skyline and coast”. How else would you expect the worst player on the NBA’s best team to live?
For $3.5 million your really paying for the view and the location with this place. Not much else to see here:
The interior boasts vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass, while amenities include built-in closets, a sizeable private balcony and master suite with ocean views.
Might be the lamest “amenities” we’ve seen in any athlete home. You really want to boast about built-in closets? After 21 years in the league one would think Howard could do better than this dump. Hell, it’s not even a private gym or pool. Look at Howard, just slumming it like the rest of us.
HIGHLIGHTS OF HOWARD’S MIAMI PENTHOUSE:
• 3 bed, 4 bath
• 3,506 sq. ft.
• Community pool and weight room…lame.
• Vaulted ceilings and built in closets…yawn.
Mortgage: About $12,000/mo. before valet tips and pool membership
