Ex-Tennessee Coach Bruce Pearl Selling Knoxville Mansion For $2.4M; Water Slide! [24 PHOTOS]
Remember Bruce Pearl? The fat guy who used to coach Tennessee basketball in the hideous orange blazer? Well since being fired in March of 2011 Pearl has remained pretty far out of the limelight. Thanks to Realtor.com, we have found out how Pearl is supporting his family now that coaching is in his past:
Pearl, currently moonlighting as a vice president of marketing for a local wholesale grocery business.
The guy goes from coaching one of the premier SEC basketball teams to working for a grocery store. What makes it worse is that odds are Pearl got this job because the grocery company, H.T. Hackney, is owned by a former UT trustee! Obviously things aren’t going swimmingly, so Pearl has re-listed his Knoxville “dream home” for $2.425 million.
Now that I’m not the basketball coach and may not be doing quite as much entertaining, it’s bigger than what we need.
Yeah, okay Bruce. We’re sure you’re not selling your “dream home” because you’re an out of coaching, cheating d-bag that now works for a grocery company.
HIGHLIGHTS OF PEARL’S KNOXVILLE DREAM HOME:
