There are two things about this Polish kickboxing video making its rounds today on the Internet: (1.) Name, Facebook & Instagram accounts should be in our inbox by 8 p.m. EST (2.) This kid obviously never practiced kick defense before getting in the ring for this match.

Who walks into a ring with this kind of defense? A rookie. A foot in the air doesn’t mean you drop the gloves. Hands up, ‘ski. Jesus Christ, hands up before you get dropped 3-seconds into the fight.

Nevermind. He’s out. Someone get the smelling salts.
