All you whiny Red Sox fans have gotten your wish. Bobby Valentine was fired yesterday. Was this train-wreck of a season entirely Bobby V’s fault? No. Do Red Sox fans care? Hell no. They are pinning all the blame on Valentine and completely ignoring the front office decision making and poor player performance.

That doesn’t matter up in Boston. These fans just want a scapegoat to pretend like things aren’t completely falling apart for the organization.
