Guy Who Tebowed After Clotheslining Kid On Lawn Mower Commits Suicide

David McCosby killed himself yesterday morning. He was the Pennsylvania guy who was arrested for assaulting a teen in a bizarre incident that McCosby confessed to, according to cops. The incident was where McCosby stopped his car, clotheslined a kid on a riding lawn mower and Tebowed after the clotheslining. Just as the world was hearing that McCosby was the man who went too far with his obsession, he killed himself.

We actually received a message about this last night and just thought it was a hoax to make us feel bad for McCosby. It turns out McCosby couldn’t live with the shame.

According to the New Castle (PA) newspaper:

David Edward McCosby, 53, of 4145 Wiley Lane was found fatally shot yesterday at McConnell’s Mill State Park, according to state police.

Officers responded to a call from the parking lot at Hell’s Hollow in the park, off Shaffer Road in Slippery Rock Township, about 6:45 a.m. yesterday.

Deputy Coroner Sam A. Teolis told the New Castle News today that McCosby called 911 prior to killing himself.

Guess this assault case is closed.
