Yao Ming Selling Houston House For $3.99 Million; Pink Jacuzzi! [PHOTOS]
Yao Ming played all eight of his NBA seasons in Houston after they drafted him #1 overall in 2002. Knowing Houston was going to be his non-Chinese home for a while he decided to drop some cash on this place. Complete with some of the highest ceilings we’ve seen and a pink jacuzzi, it doesn’t look like Yao spared any expenses. Seriously though, we can’t get past this pink Jacuzzi!
There’s literally no way Yao fits in this tub, right? And what’s with the movie theater style lighting? All in all Yao had a pretty nice house but this bathtub situation is mind-boggling.
At 7-foot-6 and 310-pounds, Ming obviously needed a home with plenty of room to move and the suburban property certainly fit the requirements with nearly 12,000 square feet of living space, six bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. A two-level foyer lined in marble starts things off in Casa de Yao and the luxe amenities don’t stop there.
