Cortland Finnegan Selling Tennessee Mansion For $1.4M; Has Elevator! [PHOTOS]
Cortland Finnegan signed a big deal with the St. Louis Rams heading into the 2012 season. Yeah, five years, $50 million big. Looking to upgrade and move a little closer to his new team Finnegan has decided to unload his Brentwood, Tennessee pad…for a cool $1.4 million. The house is only 5 years old and comes complete with an elevator, but it rests on only half an acre. In Tennessee nonetheless…weak.
A custom theater and an elevator are nothing to slouch at, but we’re wondering why Finnegan settled for less than an acre. Land isn’t too hard to come by in Tennessee. Why not pony up a little cash so you’re not on top of your neighbors?
According to the realtor:
Gorgeous custom build! European style, coffered ceilings & upgrades throughout. Chef kitchen w/gathering room. Fabulous outdoor living areas. Level lot on cul-de-sac that backs to woods. Custom theatre. Walk-out basement. Elevator to all 3 levels.

Mortgage: Around $5,000 a month…definitely doable.
