Brett Favre Wins High School Coordinator Debut, 64-6 [VIDEO]
ESPN recently dispatched Ed Werder to Mississippi to check on how Brett Favre is handling his second summer of retirement and Brett’s new job as Oak Grove High School offensive coordinator. Things seem to be going pretty good. Favre’s offense put a 64-6 spanking on Sumrall. According to MaxPreps, things got ugly in the 2nd quarter when the offense exploded for 34 unanswered.
Of course Brett is taking an “aw-shucks” approach to this gig.
He told Ed Werder that he doesn’t want to be a distraction to the Oak Grove team. He also says that the kids don’t ask for autographs.
It seems the Gunslinger really has found a retirement utopia. A job where he can wear Wranglers, a Remington hat and hit on the 28-year-old moms with freshman sons on his team.
