How’s that NFL vs. the NFL referees lockout going? Here’s an example of the quality of scab refs the NFL is using during the preseason: Craig Ochoa. Sure, the guy is out of his element. The guy has worked Big Ten and Arena games. He’s a highway commissioner in his spare time. He’s also getting drilled for his massive public f-up last night during the Atlanta-Baltimore game.

What team won’t be charged a timeout?

This is the same guy who was in charge of the ref disaster at the Hall of Fame game. How bad is Ochoa? He allegedly was released from his duties with the Lingerie Football League.
