Guess Penn State wasn’t in the mood to leave any reminders of Joe Paterno at the statue plaza. The plaques are gone, too. What’s going to happen at 9 a.m. when the NCAA drops “unprecedented” sanctions on the football program? Guessing a bowl ban, reduction in scholarships and a huge fine.
