Via: Police say a drunk driver drove his car through a golf course, hitting least two golf carts an causing extensive damage. Chris Meier, 49, of 27 Claire Lane in Sayville, is accused of driving his 1995 Ford Taurus onto the Deepdale Golf Club golf course located at 300 North Service Rd. in Manhasset at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Police say people were riding in one of the golf carts that he hit.

Going to guess Chris started drinking whiskey at 4 p.m. Just a hunch.
