20 NSFW Russell Westbrook Is A Complete Mess In The NBA Finals Tweets

Game 3 of the NBA Finals was a potentially huge game for the young Oklahoma City Thunder squad, a game in which they could take the upper hand in what has been a tightly fought series. Much was expected of Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and the rest of the young Thunder in their first road test of the NBA Finals. How did they respond? Durant got into foul trouble and Westbrook started actin’ a fool down the stretch. In my opinion, they both played pretty well, but the Twitter world didn’t think so.

Durant was in foul trouble for a majority of the second half so he gets a pass, but in order for the Thunder to get back on track, Westbrook and Harden need to stop messing around. Westbrook had a decent line, finishing with 19 points, 4 assists and 5 rebounds (box score), but it wasn’t his stats that were the problem. His decision making skills dropped to that of a child, forcing passes, bad shots and just not giving the ball to Kevin Durant.

You gotta chill a little bit, Russell. we don’t like seeing the Twitter world gang up on you like this. Sometimes you just need to give the ball to Durant and watch him do his thing. As for Harden? 2-10 just flat out won’t cut it. If he keeps playing like that the Thunder might as well call it a series and head home.
