Why would Barry Zito want to sell his house that’s actually called the Villa Della Pace which has a romantic view of mountains and leafy valleys? Simple, the place has to be extremely boring. Can you imagine being a guy who likes going to grungy bars, expensive restaurants and then having to go home to this place? Not me. Maybe one of you idiots wouldn’t mind spending $42,000 a month on this mortgage.
