Little late on this one only because most people don’t really care about Greg Schiano or the house he’s trying to sell in New Jersey since he’ll be spending the next 3-5 years in Tampa. Is there a more uninteresting NFL hire like Schiano in the last 5 years besides Dick Jauron in Buffalo? Ok, Romeo Crennel needs to be in the same breath.
Anyway, Schiano is selling his Piscataway Twp, N.J. dump but let’s all focus on Greg’s couch collection. The guy owns two of the biggest sectionals we’ve ever seen while doing the athlete houses for sale series. That leather couch is a 16-person orgy of basement heaven. Not sure how you one day decide to buy a 16-person sectional, but Schiano owns it. Good for him.
As for the rest of the house, the realtor reports:
Elegant custom home epitomizing gracious living in & out! Meticulously designed home with exquisite custom finishes & amenities thru-out! State of the art security/comm. system, camera & wall tv viewing. Built-in speakers accessing radio, tv or Ipod! Flagstone walk leads to the entry flanked by a wrap around porch.
Blah, blah, blah. GIANT SECTIONALS! Yeah, he probably took this couches to Tampa. At least you know that terrible theater area has room for 16-seat sectionals. Buy accordingly.
Highlights of Schiano’s House:
• 5 bed, 6 bath
• 8400 sq. ft.
• Media room is 42X30 – that’s mammoth
• Walk-in master closet that’s bigger than any bedroom you’ve ever slept in
Mortgage: $8,800 before adding in taxes and pool boy charges
