Via: A cross-dressing man with a heavy limp robbed a bank in Houston’s Montrose area, according to the FBI’s Houston Office. The robbery happened Wednesday afternoon at an IBC Bank in the 3900 block of Montrose. A man, wearing a blond woman’s wig and a long medical smock with floral designs, walked in and gave the teller a threatening note, demanding money. Slow sports arrest morning.
