ECHL Coach Loses Mind; Throws Water Bottles, Sticks At Ref [VIDEO]

We’ve never watched ECHL hockey before, but maybe we should start. It seems to have taken on a sort of WWE vibe, at least if this incident is any indication.

This is Toledo Walleye coach Nick Vitucci losing his shit. The lead-up went something like this. Ryan Schnell, who plays for Wheeling, picks a fight with Toledo’s Joey Ryan as retaliation for a cross-check. Vitucci doesn’t like what the refs do about it, starts yelling and finally gets ejected.

Before leaving, Vitucci makes his point by throwing some water bottles and then a stick at the ref. That’ll show him!

Premise of Video: Toledo Walley coach Nick Vitucci gets in an argument with the ref, gets tossed and reacts like every grown man should — by throwing shit at the guy who wronged him.
