When Jeremy Lin was riding the pine it was okay for him to be couch surfing at his brother’s place. Now that he’s the New York Knicks starting point guard and an NBA sensation, he needs some swank digs. You know, for entertaining the ladies.
Finally, swank digs he has. Lin is subletting a two-bedroom condo in the Trump Tower on Main Street in White Plains. It used to be occupied by former Knick David Lee, who got shipped off to the Golden State Warriors in 2010.
Word is, several other Knicks and some New York Rangers also live in the building, so that will be good for fraternizing or something. Lin’s babe layer is on the 20th floor.
The Lin Palace Offers:
- 2 bedrooms
- marble bathrooms
- cherry wood floors
- built-in sound system
- New York City views
- indoor and outdoor pools
- indoor and outdoor basketball courts
- spa and gym
In other words, it’s pretty ho-hum by NBA standards, but Lin will still pay an estimated $3,800 in rent each month.
