Extreme Super Bowl XLVI Ticket Prices: $617k For Suite!
As you’d expect, tickets to the boring-ass Super Bowl matchup between the New York Giants and New England Patriots are getting quite pricey.
The average price on Ticket Exchange is $4,183, where at least one ticket has sold for $11,883. Overall, the average price on teh secondary market is $4,054, with the most expensive listing at $15,343, according to Bloomberg. Face value for these tickets are $800 to $1,200.
Of course, that’s nothing compared to what suites are going for.
A street-level suite is going for $617,663 on StubHub. A field level suite is going for $550,000.
More ridiculousness:
- Sideline section 109, row 6: $30,000
- Loge corner: $20,000
- Terrace end: $20,000
- Terrace sideline: $20,000
- Club premium 200s: $20,000
- Field sideline 100s: $20,000
- Club midfield 100s: $20,000
The prices go down slightly from there. Many of the seats that are available for $20,000 can also be had for much less on the same site.
If you’ve got some extra money to throw around, maybe we’ll see you at the Super Bowl.
