Michael Strahan, Eddie Murphy Ex Selling Brentwood Mansion; $7MM [PHOTOS]

Former New York Giants defensive end and current Fox NFL analyst Michael Strahan is getting out of Brentwood, but not before making a nice profit.

Strahan is selling his pad in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood for a shade under $7 million. He purchased the joint with Eddie Murphy’s ex-wife Nicole shortly after their engagement in 2009. The couple paid $5 million.

They’ll make $1.95 million if their asking price is met. Not bad for a two-year investment and quite the turnaround for the gap-toothed Giant who had to pay his own ex-wife $15 million in a 2007 divorce. That was half of Michael’s net worth at the time. Dude starts dating Eddie Murphy’s loaded ex and suddenly he’s back on top professionally and financially.

Lesson learned, fellas.
