Golden State Warriors guard Monta Ellis is being sued for allegedly sexting photos of his junk to a former employee of the team. So it was pretty much inevitable that those crazy Taiwanese bastards from NMA would animate it… unrealistically.
That’s the great thing about what they do, though. They really have no clue, but they try real hard and we appreciate that.
So, Ellis, as well as the Warriors organization, are being sued by former employee Erika Smith. Smith worked in the community relations department and alleges she received unwanted texts from Ellis, who apparently said things like “Hey sexy” and “I want to be with you.”
… Now what broad doesn’t like to hear those things?
So, Smith is claiming the advances were unwanted and here’s where it gets dicey. Ellis’ wife confronted Smith after the situation — whatever it was — became known to her. Ellis told his old lady Smith was coming on to him. There was nearly a confrontation and, allegedly, Smith was demoted and eventually fired by the Warriors after the incident.
Ellis hasn’t said shit, which is probably because he’s in the doghouse, but the organization totally sold him out.
“When we were made aware of a consensual relationship between Mr. Ellis and the Plaintiff, we did what an organization should do,” Warriors President & COO Rick Welts said in a statement. “We told both to stop – promptly, directly and fairly. The Warriors have never taken any action against the Plaintiff for any inappropriate reason, and we deny the allegations she is making.”
Consensual being the operative word there. We’re pretty sure Monta’s old lady isn’t too fond of that potential scenario.
Anyway, here’s the video we spoke of before. You will learn absolutely nothing from it, but it’s good for a laugh.

Premise of Video: Monta Ellis and the Golden State Warriors are getting sued by a former employee because Ellis allegedly texted her photos of his junk.
Climax of Video: Look, we really can’t get over the fact that Smith is depicted as some spare-tire-havin’ broad. No disrespect, but she’s probably better looking than Ellis’ wife. Food for thought. Back to the point though, that’s the funny thing about these videos.
Conclusion: Appropriately, Ellis enters the athlete’s sexting hall of fame. Right up there with The Old Cockslinger himself, Brett Favre.
