Things aren’t looking so good for Washington Wizards forward Rashard Lewis financially.
There are rumors the Wizards are going to release him and his $22 million per year salary when the NBA offseason officially begins. Normally, that wouldn’t matter because NBA contracts used to be guaranteed, but the new collective bargaining agreement has some stipulation that allows teams to wipe idiotic contracts like Lewis’ off the books completely.
On top of that impending loss, Lewis is trying to sell his Winter Park, Florida home and he’s willing to unload it for $500,000 less than he paid for it. Whoops!
Someone is going to make Lewis’ loss their gain. Pretty simply, this place is tight. It’s fully furnished and includes a cigar terrace, a gentlemen’s lounge with theater, 1,200-bottle wine room, and an outdoor living room and kitchen.
