Wes Welker Likes Little People Waiters At His Parties [PHOTO]

New England Patriots receiver Wes Welker is probably the shortest dude in the NFL. He’s listed as 5’9″, but he’s probably a little shorter than that.

So what does he do when he throws a party? He hires little people as waiters.

TMZ reports that Welker specifically requested the catering company put a couple people shorter than him on the waitstaff, which is what you’re seeing in the photo above.

Still, sources connected to Welker tell TMZ … when the New England Patriots stud was putting together a party back in September, he contacted the service company and asked to have a couple of little people on the wait staff. The company delivered — and we’re told Welker was super happy with the service.

The chick in the photo is Welker’s girlfriend Anna Burns, who’s a model of some sort and was the 2005 Miss Hooters International.

We’re not sure if it was the short dudes, the hot chick or something else, but Welker already has more receiving yards through eight games than he did all last season.
