Marty Cordova’s Vegas Castle Only $3.25MM! [BC Pad Purveyors]

By         Posted in   Athlete Real Estate, MLB

Marty Cordova was a baseball player. He wasn’t really a distinguished baseball player, but he did win the 1995 AL Rookie of the Year award when he was with the Minnesota Twins.

Other than that, he was injured a lot. Fortunately, Cordova either had some mob money or lived way beyond his means because he bought a goddamn castle just outside of his hometown of Vegas, in Henderson, Nevada.

The kid ended up playing nine seasons in the majors and spending five of them on the DL. His career average is .274. He could hit for power and average. More importantly, he could buy a gigantic house and now he’s unloading it.

It’s gorgeous. You should buy it.

The Marty Cordova castle details:

  • 13 rooms
  • 7 bathrooms
  • 5 bedrooms
  • Game room
  • Media room
  • Infinity pool
  • Spa
  • 10,063 square feet

Price: $3,250,000
