What’s not to love about the University of Oregon? The football team is wonderful. The weather is Florida-esque, minus the sunshine and warm temperatures, for eight months out of the year. And the university will market themselves like no other. ESPN GameDay rolls into town and wants to make camp with the Lillis business school building as a backdrop. But wait, something is missing. It needs a giant ‘O’ logo. Two maintenance guys get in a cherry picker. BAM.
Listen up, other schools that are getting destroyed by Eugene. The days of allowing academics to stand on one leg is over. You have to pimp out your school every chance you get. A logo in the ear of Erin Andrews looks much better than a 21st Century building by itself.
