Is $55 22-Team Parlay Winning Ticket Worth $21,689 Humanly Possible?

There’s this story on the Twitter-verse that seems way too good to be true. Like, way TOO good to be true. Think of you and your buddies joking around about the craziest parlays you’ve ever concocted. 10 favorites on the money line, yet Arizona State -750 ends up burning you. Now think about throwing $55 on a 22-team parlay. That’s 394-1 odds.

According to a report we’re leary of, some dude hit a 22-teamer over the weekend. You have to see this.

Here’s how the bet went down:

  • Baseball

  • Toronto Blue Jays -126
  • Rockies/Giants Over 7.5 -120
  • St Louis Cardinals -177
  • Football

  • Army -310
  • Michigan -1200
  • Illinois -305
  • Ohio -780
  • West Virginia -1200
  • Virginia -780
  • Middle Tennessee -2000
  • Tulsa -2250
  • Arizona State -885
  • Stanford -1150
  • Green Bay Packers -605
  • Rugby

  • South Africa -2000
  • Wales -1400
  • Soccer

  • FSV Frankfurt +265
  • Aberdeen -112
  • Tennis
  • Gael Monfils -375
  • Janko Tipsarevic -480
  • Nicolas Almagro -515
  • Victoria Azarenka -300

Someone please tell us this is just a marketing hoax from BetOnline.com. Tell us this is impossible because BetOnline.com doesn’t allow more than 12-team parlays. Someone tell us this is humanly impossible.
