UK Fan Stewart Haberlock Arrested In Drunken Cornhole Brawl [Cuff 'Em]

By         Posted in   Cuff 'Em

This will serve as the very first Cornhole Cuff ‘Em in Busted Coverage Internet history. Stewart Haberlock was just going about his business in life, not a big playa on the Internet and just straight killing it at Kentucky football tailgates. And then it happened. He stopped at Overtime Sports Bar & Grill in Bowling Green, Kentucky to drink beers, chase tail and destroy some punks in cornhole. But things got wild and Stew had to drop some bombs on a punk’s face.

Via the Bowling Green (KY) Daily News:

Haberlock is charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree criminal mischief, according to Warren County Regional Jail online records.

Business owner Brian Simmons told police that a fight had occurred on the restaurant’s patio and that someone struck another person who was no longer on the scene.

Through witness interviews, police determined that Haberlock reportedly hit a man who had earlier challenged him to a game of cornhole, with the winner agreeing to buy the loser a beer. Haberlock lost the game and wove together a string of profanities at the winner, who never got his celebratory beer, according to police records.

Instead, the cornhole winner, Dennis Doyle of Bowling Green, walked away with Haberlock, yelling at him just before Doyle was struck on the back of the head and fell to the ground, according to police records.

Attaboy, lose the cornhole game and then f-bomb your way outta a $2 Bud. Makes sense to us. As for this Doyle moron, you kinda deserve to have your face pummeled for being a dick and following a guy who just lost cornhole and watched the Wildcats get drilled by Florida, 48-10, in Lexington.

We suggest BC readers go to Stewart’s Facebook page and challenge him to a game of cornhole. Let us know his response.
