By now, you’ve probably seen the video of Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy dancing in the locker room after his team pulled off a second-half comeback to beat Texas A&M.

If you haven’t, here’s an extremely long video that will eventually get you to the dance.

In essence, Gundy was pretty damn excited and after getting pushed into it by one of his players, Gundy breaks it down with some sort of writhing, kind-of breakdance like only a white man in his 40s can.

It’s been labeled “Teach Me How To Gundy.”

Well, we’re here with the much shorter remix of “Teach Me How To Gundy,” which also throws in some other great Mike Gundy moments and music!

Premise of Video: Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy gets the remix treatment. “Teach Me How To Gundy” music is added — with great lyrics, we might add — and so are some of Mike Gundy’s non-dancing highlights, including the infamous press conference where he yells at a reporter, “Come after me! I’m a man! I’m 40!”

Climax of Video: It’s gotta be the mash-up of OK State cheerleaders dancing with footage of Gundy dancing and the lyric, “I’m a man of 40! I’m a man of 40!”

Conclusion: Better than the original, hands down.
