The Boston Red Sox are now headed to the 162nd game of the year tied with the Tampa Rays for the A.L. East Wild Card, but the team isn’t taking this journey so seriously that rookie hazing has been thrown out the window. Leave it to Heidi Watney, sideline reporter extraordinaire, this week to upload photos of rookie shortstop Jose Iglesias in his best NYC Pride Parade costume. Look, the best way to handle a huge playoff race collapse is to keep a smile on your face.

From what we can gather, the above was snapped on the flight from Boston to Baltimore where the Sox won last night, 8-7. Lester goes tonight, while the Rays have David Price vs. a TBD for the Yankees. No word if that TBD will be Kei Igawa.
