Ilgauskas purchased the property in 2006 for $7 million. He’s looking to unload it for $14 million, but is perfectly content to charge a lot of people’s yearly salary for a month’s rent until the market starts looking up again.

If you want to buy it, Big Z will sell it to you for $14,000,000.
