Penguins’ Kris Letang French Arm Candy Is Catherine Laflamme [Photos]

JT over at 25Stanley.com (best French NHL blog on Internet) sent an email in English this afternoon to tip us off to Pittsburgh Penguins defenseman Kris Letang and the beefer he’s been partying with this summer, specifically in California. Her name is Catherine Laflamme and, according to JT, she had a minor run as a B-list reality starlet on Canadian TV. This summer, however, she’s been vacationing with Letang & his cash. Not that we blame him.

Figuring out what’s up with the relationship has either led us to dead ends or a bunch of shit in French, which was our second option behind Spanish in high school. She’s hot, semi-famous and Jersey Chasers are f-ing jealous. That’s all you need to know.

Now, need more proof it’s Letang’s world and you’re just living in it?

The guy is on a roll. Not only does he have a Stanley Cup ring, a hot B-lister who will fly in at a moment’s notice, but he’s also listed as the NHL’s #1 fantasy defenseman by ESPN fantasy dorks. He’s coming off a 50 point season, is just 24 and signed a four-year contract extension in 2010.

We’ll keep tabs on the Alex Morgan proposal. Meanwhile, the Catherine chick will have to suffice.
