You know how the Brits get when they have an athlete that’s remotely good at any sport. Their inferiority complex kicks in and they turn said athlete into the second coming of Jesus Christ.

Well, those stuffy bastards might actually be on to something this time. British heptathlete Jessica Ennis is not only good — she’s the current world and European champion — she’s sexy as hell, marketable and has abs most guys would kill for.

She’s also about to become completely overexposed, so remember where you heard about her first.

With the 2012 Summer Olympics being held in London and Ennis being the host country’s best shot at gold, well, you see exactly where this is going.

London’s iconic Madame Tussauds unveiled a life-like wax statue Thursday as part of their effort to promote the games.

Spokeswoman Liz Edwards said: ‘With anticipation now well and truly building for next year it seems apt that one of the brightest stars of the moment is claiming a place here.’

Ennis would Tweet about it later saying, “Brilliant morning unveiling my madame tussauds waxwork. Can’t believe how real it looks!”

We’re not so much into the fake Ennis as we are the real one.

We could care less what she wins in London, so long as she keeps looking this phenomenal.
