Erica Huerta Arrested For Sex On The Beach Was Charlie Crist Intern [Photos]

Erica Huerta has had a stellar 21st year of her life. This week she was arrested for a beach sex session that lasted an hour with that mohawked bro, Steven Perry. In August 2010, just days after her 21st birthday, Erica was popped in Tampa for DUI. But it’s her latest escapade that is making headlines – even the Daily Mail is sniffing it – because of her show outside Caddy’s on the Treasure Coast.

UPDATE: We’ve learned that Ms. Huerta is a Florida State University student and served as an intern for Charlie Crist’s Senate campaign.

According to 10Connects.com:

Erica Alexander Huerta, 21, of Tallahassee, and Steven Douglas Perry, 22, of Lutz, were each charged with one count of lewd and lascivious exhibition.

The pair were on the beach, about 100 feet from Caddy’s on the Beach, 9000 West Gulf Blvd., with Perry fondling Huerta for a half hour, then pulling a shirt over his head and beginning to have sex with her, according to the affidavits.

“This was within clear view of approximately 50 restaurant patrons and their children,” one officer wrote in an affidavit. “Upon arrival of officer, there were at least five children playing on the beach within 50 feet of where the incident was occurring.”

Solid parenting.

And how is it possible this lasted an hour. Caddy’s on the Beach is a booze hound operation that also runs a bikini contest – weekly. No cops around that establishment?

Kudos to Erica for getting this wild behavior out of her system before she turns 22 on July 29th. As we all know, it’s all downhill from there.
