True, on the surface this isn’t a sports story, but when’s the last time you saw two cops being stumped by a six-foot dummy hanging out the third story window of an apartment building in Lowell, Massachusetts? It’s summer, the temps are in the 90s and the Bruins are still playing hockey on June 8. In other words, these nutcases are drinking heavily and coming up with crazy ways to act out.
