Cuff ‘Em: Pirates Chick Who Protested Angle Guy Arrest Has Day In Court, Guilty Of 3 Offenses

A district judge on Tuesday dismissed an aggravated assault charge against a woman who protested a man’s violent arrest at PNC Park, but found her guilty of three summary offenses. Once she was handcuffed, Harle tried to kick a police officer, according to a complaint against her. At a preliminary hearing in Pittsburgh Municipal Court, District Judge James Hanley Jr. found Harle guilty of summary harassment, defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct, and ordered her to pay $1,038.50. Harle’s employer, KDKA, suspended her because of the arrest, according to her attorney, Robert DelGreco.

Kurt has yet to visit court. Of course we are waiting on that day with great anticipation.
