49-year-old Toni Duncan and 21-year-old Ashley Jackson became upset when a desk clerk didn’t help them reload a gift card. As they were exiting the store, the 71-year-old greeter asked the women to produce a receipt for their merchandise. The women were unable to produce a receipt, and that is when they went on the attack. According to the police report, the mother daughter duo screamed racially-charged obscenities at the man.Â Duncan is accused of pushing a shopping cart into the elderly worker andÂ choking him.
