Look at that face, Cal-eee-for-nee-uh. Is that the face of a man who enjoys balancing your budget, or trying to figure out how to shore up an $8 billion budget deficit?

No, that hulking aging dude wants to see muscles popping. He wants to see bulges from all angles. Big bulges. Big thigh muscles. If it’s big and ripped, Arnold wants to see it at the Arnold 2011 contest happening this weekend in Columbus, Ohio.
