Kathy E. Kata, a 49-year-old hearing impaired woman from Meriden, was sentenced to four months in jail Wednesday after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, her second alcohol-related driving arrest in the span of a year.
