James Dobran (age 19) was arrested at Dunkin Doughnuts on 02-27-11 at 1:30 am after the store called and reported him. Dobran urinated on the counter and floor, was drinking underage, resisted his arrest, threatened a police officer and obstructed officers. At the jail Dobran fought with officers again.
