We’ve said it before and will say it again: a coach has to pass the ‘Look Test.’

Chanda Franks also coaches the softball and cross-country teams at Haywood High School. Franks turned herself in Saturday after police issued an arrest warrant. According to the police affidavit, Franks had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl, “…touching her breasts for the purpose of sexual arousal.” It goes on to state it happened when Franks was in the role of softball coach.
