Sentence 'Em: Jim Leyritz Gets One Year Probation & Must Pay $500 For DUI That Ended In Woman's Death

“I said it from the very beginning, there would be no winners in this case,” Leyritz tearfully told the judge. “This was a horrible, horrible tragedy.”

Then Jim opened up his wallet, threw five Benjys on the desk and asked the judge if he knew of any great Happy Hours he could hit on the Fort Lauderdale beaches.
