…that’s not what officers said they saw Oct. 3 as they encountered Rep. Paul Costa, D-Allegheny, while patrolling a Heinz Field parking looking for T-shirt and ticket vendors without permits. The officers saw Costa, 51, and a friend, Mitchell Brourman, “smoking and passing between them a hand-rolled white cigarette,” the officers said in a criminal complaint.

Shit really hit the fan when Costa crashed a random tailgate and destroyed a bag of Doritos & wouldn’t leave until someone showed him where the brownies were hiding.
