Cuff 'Em: Florida-Georgia Drinkers Included Many 16-Year-Olds Obviously Scouting Each Schools Tailgating Prowess

220 underagers were cited for underage drinking this weekend in Jacksonville for the UGA-FLA game. Some of those cited were even 16, police report.

250 total citations were handed out in 2009.

This obviously means the police are winning the war on underage drinking in this great country. There is still time for a politician to get this message out to the constituency. HURRY!
