The on-going Cuff ‘Em battle between Florida and Ohio rages on today with the Buckeye state getting the upper hand, ending the week on a high note.

Cincinnati is a pretty conservative city. Plenty of Germans. Tons of closet drunks. And at least one 33-year-old chick who feels the need to show her tits to a youth football team.

Tonya Brown, 33, was arrested and charged with public indecency about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to Hamilton County court documents.

She lifted her shirt on a field at Oskamp Park on Glenway Avenue in West Price Hill and exposed her breasts, Cincinnati police wrote in court records.

Who got a peek at those glorious chest missiles? A youth football team, coaches & parents.
