Two teenagers who allegedly spray-painted Pearl High School’s football field last week were charged with felonies because of the cost of the cleanup. “If the damage to the property is more than $500, based on repair costs, then it becomes a felony,” said Michael Guest, district attorney for Rankin and Madison counties.
