$2,500 Starting Bid To Play Doubles With Anna Kournikova

So there was a legitimate reason for Anna Kournikova to be in St. Louis over the weekend where she threw out a first pitch for the Cardinals.

She was in town for a World Team Tennis match between her team, the St. Louis Aces and the Newport Beach Breakers.

Now comes word that the WTT is auctioning off 15 minutes with Anna Kournikova for $2,500. Empty the bank account, fellas. You may never get another chance like this.

- Hit on the Freedoms center court at Villanova University with
international tennis star, Anna Kournikova.

- Doubles format for a total of 15 minutes.

- Front row courtside seats for that evening’s Freedoms match.

- Photo opportunity and autographs with Anna.

We’re guessing they’ll throw in a free Vitamin Water or two if the bid reaches $3,000.

But 15 minutes?

Is that all the time in Anna’s day they could spare for charity? Personally, we’d go with renting the UCLA cheerleaders for $100/hr. and throw a huge party for like two days.

Anna is cool and all but 15 minutes is like letting a drug fiend hold the tip of a needle against his vein without sinking it in.
