“Authorities say Price placed a $100 bill on a desk and asked a 17-year-old girl to strip during a makeup exam in January. When she refused, Price allegedly put down another $100 bill.
Price then allegedly showed up to meet the girl with alcohol, condoms and two $100 bills. The meeting was arranged by police, and he was arrested.”
