c82224bbb0_ivonne_05062008“Ivonne Hernandez was convicted of vehicular homicide in December for running down and killing 29-year-old Matthew Beaudoin with her car on May 2, 2008, following claims that Beaudoin and others harassed her because of a Yankees sticker on her car. On Tuesday, she found out her punishment.

According to the Nashua Telegraph, Hernandez received 20 to 40 years for second-degree murder and 3 1/2 to 7 years for second-degree assault and reckless conduct.”

In other news, Joe West thinks that sentence is way too long.
