Update: Chris Littmann at The Sporting Blog points out that he believes Tank is thanking the Brown family, which, in the free agency history of the Bengals would be a first. We still hope he doesn’t end up in the Hamilton County Jail.

The Cincinnati Bengals half-way house continues to fill up at a dizzying pace with the addition yesterday of Tank Johnson, once known as a guy who had issues with guns.

Johnson, born in Gary, Indiana and a B-student in high school, seems to be a little confused where he’ll be playing football next year if you follow his tweets.

The Tankster sent out this Twitter update last night:

Cinci we got a deal! Very greatfull to The Browns and all the Who Dey Nation!!! I’m Baaaaaaaack!!!! Now let’s win some more

As a Bengals fan, BC doesn’t need them to be smarter than a Xavier grad student. We just want the Tank to stay healthy and know where to show up on Sundays.

And not end up in the Hamilton County Jail. That’s all.
