Cuff 'Em: Jets Fan Bill Carroll Tells His Side Of Being YouTube Sensation Video

JetsFan7Bill Carroll says San Diego cops were totally out of line when they slapped the cuffs on him as you saw earlier this week in the YouTube video we brought you.

Bill tells the NY Post that “he had just three beers over four hours and cops refused to let him take a Breathalyzer test to prove he was sober.”

Yeah, but Bill, you need to remember that visiting another team’s facility and acting like a tool will result in a text message to authorities. Then they come and slap cuffs on your drunk ass.
